1. Service Description
Menopause Care Clinic provides online menopause assessment, consultation, and support services. We are not a substitute for emergency medical care or your NHS GP.
2. Eligibility
Our service is for women aged 18 and over resident in the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate information during your assessment.
3. Clinical Limitations
Our service does not replace your GP or emergency services. In a medical emergency, call 999. For urgent advice, call NHS 111.
4. Prescription Medicines
Any prescription medicines discussed during your consultation are prescribed at the clinical discretion of your nurse consultant. We do not advertise POMs on this website.
5. Payment
Fees are as stated on our Pricing page. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with our Refund Policy.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
