Safeguarding

Our commitment to patient safety and safeguarding

Menopause Care Clinic is committed to safeguarding the welfare of all patients. We have a designated Safeguarding Lead and follow national safeguarding guidelines.

Our Safeguarding Commitment

All clinical staff are trained in safeguarding adults and children. We have clear policies for identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns, including domestic abuse, self-harm, and mental health crises.

Red Flag Protocols

Our assessment process includes red flag screening. Any concerns identified are acted upon immediately, including referral to appropriate services and safety-netting information.

Reporting a Concern

If you have a safeguarding concern about yourself or someone else, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call 999 in an emergency.
